Pennsylvania American Water is on scene of a water main break at West Liberty and Pioneer Avenues, near the Liberty Tunnels. As of 10:08 a.m., crews said they were working to locate the break before starting to dig. Crews said there is no timeframe yet for when work will be complete. The break is not affecting traffic flow in the area.
