Many band members now live in surrounding communities, but Pietosi said almost all members of both Silent Partner and Hausen—who will join Silent Partner in their April show—grew up in either Dormont or Brookline. Many attended Keystone Oaks High School together.

Although Silent Partner will help sponsor the concert series, Pietosi said the band won’t perform at every show. He hopes to feature bands and performers of different musical genres in the series, as well as local bands looking for a place to play.

April 28 also is the evening of the annual , but Pietosi said he didn’t think there would be much conflict.
