Summer Reading: Arches and Zigzags

Presented by Gateway to the Arts. Who knew the roof over your head could be so exciting! In this intriguing book with fun rhymes by Michael J. Crosbie and extraordinary photographs by Steve and Kit Rosenthal, visual artist Rikki Loop introduces architecture as an art form using movement and collage. Children use collage paper shapes to build their own architectural forms as an art activity following the story.

This program is for children from preschool to 2nd Grade.

Registration is requested for all Summer Reading programs. To register, please call 412-531-8754 or ask at the front desk.
