More than 40 local vendors, plus sponsors, supporters and contributors will come together this Saturday, Oct. 13, for Dormont's 6th Annual Street Fair.
From 2 to 11 p.m. Saturday, fair-goers will find special foods, crafts, jewelers, retail vendors and more along Potomac Avenue. The street fair also will include a children's area with magicians, jugglers and face painting.
The entertainment is local, too. The Good Guys Band will headline the event, and there also will be performances by Bastard Bearded Irishmen, Silent Partner, and singer Raeya, who performed last month at the Taste of Dormont.
Between bands, dancers from Sterling Yoga will perform in front of the stage.
Potomac Avenue will be closed to traffic from 10 a.m. until midnight.
A vendor list and event flier are attached to this article in PDF format. About three vendor spaces still are available. To secure a vendor space, contact Dormont Recreation Director Kristin Hullihen.
