Route 51 Utility Work Continues in Overbrook

Crews will be locating lines.

Short-term single lane closures will occur on Saw Mill Run Boulevard (Route 51) in Pittsburgh's Overbrook neighborhood from Wednesday-Friday, Aug. 21-23, weather permitting, according to a news release from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11-0.

The closures will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m between Stewart Avenue and Maytide Street as crews will be locating utility lines along the roadway.

Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through the area.
