Recipe of the Week: Bacon and Cheese Hot Dip

This dip is sure to be a hit at Super Bowl parties.

It's a football bye week, but that doesn't mean you can't start planning your menu for the Super Bowl.

My aunt brought this bacon and cheese hot dip over the other day, and I just had to have the recipe. It's so flavorful and will go well with chips, crackers and veggies.

It's sure to be a hit. Game on!

What you need:

1 cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices of bacon (fried crisp and crumbled/chopped)

What to do:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
3. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbling.
5. Enjoy!
