New IGA Opens Doors Today in Nearby Beechview

The neighborhood near Dormont and Brookline has been without a market for more than a year.

On the Post-Gazette website, Diana Nelson Jones reports that a new IGA market opened with a ribbon-cutting today on Broadway Avenue in the Beechview neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

The neighborhood has not had a market since a Foodland closed more than a year ago. The location is just blocks from Dormont and Brookline.
