Yoga, hockey fundraiser and fall festivals: here are 10 reasons to leave the house this weekend.

It’s Thursday, and you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for the weekend.

1. RADical Days
Where?/When?: Various locations, Friday, times vary.
Why Go?: The Allegheny Regional Asset District presents RADical Days! This wonderful four-week event is a thank-you to the public for its support of the assets collected through the RAD sales tax. RADical Days feature many discounts and even free admission to many different exhibits, museums, concerts, festivals and other events. Where?/When?: , Friday, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Why Go?: Recharge, Restore and Re-energize for the weekend with the Monthly Friday night Restorative Yoga.  Reiki will be given during this Restorative Session.  Enjoy the benefits of de-stressing the body and re-charging the body, mind and spirit.
Pricing: $20

Where?/When?: Royal Place, Friday, 7:30 p.m.
Why go?: Keystone Oaks Hockey will hold a comedy show and dance fundraiser at Royal Place on Library Road. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Call Kim Ribeau at 412-920-7326 for tickets.

Where?/When?:Frick Park, Saturday, 8 a.m.
Why Go?: The Homeless Children's Awareness Week kicks off with this challenging 5K run and walk through the beautifully scenic Frick Park. The race will begin near the Clayton Hill Trail. Parking is available by the entrance of Frick Park near Forbes Avenue and Beechwood Blvd. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers of the race. Registration will include a T-shirt and additional goodies. Registration will be available on race day from 8 to 9 a.m. Click here to register online. Where?/When?: St. Sylvester Church, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Why Go?: Brentwood EMS is hosting a Fall Craft & Vendor Show at St. Sylvester Church Hall. Lunch and refreshments will be available all day.

Where?/When?: South Hills Village Mall, Saturday, 12 to 3 p.m.
Why Go?: The Kidgits® Pumpkin Decorating Event will be held in the lower level North Court of the South Hills Village Mall. Simon Kidgits Club Members receive their very own mini pumpkin to personalize with spook-tacular decorations! Stop by Guest Services for more information.

Why Go?: The 6 to 7 year old Keystone Oaks Youth Football Team is undefeated at 6-0.  The final game of the regular season is at home on Oct. 15.  Come out and show your support for the hard work these boys have done to make it this far!  Go KO!

Where?/When?: , Saturday, 5 to 9 p.m.
Why Go?: This is an outdoor block party with fun for all ages! DIG Dormont will be accepting donations for the trees planted at the park located on the corner of West Liberty and Hillsdale avenues.
Pricing: Free admission, donations accepted.

Where?/When?: St. Anne Parish, Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Why Go?: This fair trade "work of human hands" sale will feature soaps, jewelry, toys and more. Proceeds benefit parish’s social ministry and St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Pricing: Admission is free.

Where?/When?:Denis Theatre, Sunday, 5 to 7 p.m.
Why Go?: Join film lovers for a discussion of Susan Bier's In a Better World, the 2010 Academy Award Best Foreign Film, and watch the film (streaming, Netfix, libraries etc). The group will meet for appetizers, wine and soft drinks and a lively exchange of thoughts about this though provoking film.Click here to sign up.
