Here are 5 events to consider for your weekend planning.

It’s Friday, and you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for the weekend. Patch is coming to the rescue. We’ve got the best bets for your done-work-outta-here time. Check out our top picks for this weekend to find something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

1.
Where/When:South Park, 8 a.m. on Saturday.
Why Go?: Run with your heart this Valentine's Day by running the Cupid's Chase 5K Run in Pittsburgh! Great prizes, giveaways and the best way to make a love connection in the new year! Walkers and on-site registration welcome! If you register on-site, the day of the run, the registration fee increases to $50! Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the Run begins at 10 a.m. The Cupid's Chase 5K Run supports Community Options, Inc. (COI) COI is a national nonprofit organization that develops housing and employment support for people with developmental disabilities. Race will begin at the Silent Brook Barn in South Park for approx 1 mile, then turn right to cross over to East Park Drive ext., right onto Corrigan Drive for approx 1/4 mile then left back onto 100 acre drive and end at the silent brook barn. Where?/When?: Lowe's, 10 a.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: Valentine's Day is right around the corner! Your child will love making their own personalized cards!
Pricing: Free with purchase of supplies.

Where/When: Pottery Barn at the Galleria, 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Why Go?: A special tea time in celebration of Valentine's Day. Get dressed up and bring your favorite  doll or teddy bear for and afternoon of refreshments, stories and crafts. There are two time slots, 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Call 412-344-1615 to RSVP.  
Pricing: Free.

Where?/When?: , 7:30 to 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Why Go?: This 90 minute concert will help benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. This concert will feature a mix of Sinatra, classical, original and much more. The event is sure to be a grand celebration of the arts.

Where/When: , 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Why Go?: Have fun learning an earthy and energizing drum solo! Drum solos are often the most exciting part of a belly dancer's routine. The class will learn an original choreography, ways to interpret the music, and tribal stylizations for drum solos. Participants in the workshop series will have the opportunity to the perform the choreography! Performance is optional.
Pricing: $25 per dancer.
