Get ready for Halloween with these 10 events.

It’s Thursday, and you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for the weekend. Patch is coming to the rescue. We’ve got the best bets for your done-work-outta-here time. Check out our top picks for this weekend to find something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

Where?/When?: South Hills Village, 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday
Why Go?: Costumed children age 12 and under are invited to collect treats at participating mall stores. Kidgits Club members will receive an extra special goodie bag, too!

2.
Where?/When?: , 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday
Why Go?: Trax Farms is offering scenic hayrides and a chance to explore the corn maze on Wednesdays and Fridays until Oct. 28. Call 412-835-3246 to register for a large group.
Pricing: $8/Adult, $6/Children 4 to 12,  Free for kids ages 3 and under.

Where?/When?: Hundred Acres, 7 to 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday
Why Go?: The Hundred Acres Manor is Pittsburgh’s largest haunted houses. Don’t miss this last chance to check out all the spooks and scares.
Pricing: General admission is $16, Scare Saver V.I.P admission is $20, V.I.P admission is $25, Super V.I.P admission is $35.

Why Go?: Pitcher Park Skatepark presents Dormont Dungeon. Bring the whole family for a spooktacular time!

Why Go?: Kids can celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun way! They will be parading through the center and trick-or-treating at 10 a.m. and crafts will start at 6 p.m. The event is held at the .

Where?/When?: Willow Ave & Park Ave, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: The Castle Shannon Revitalization Corporation presents its first Fall Festival and Costumed Pet Contest. The contest kicks off the festival starting at 11 a.m. on Willow Avenue between Park and Poplar Avenues. Well-behaved pets are encouraged to attend. There is no charge to enter your pet in the contest. The Fall Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature food from Castle Shannon eateries, face painting and pet photography.

Where?/When?: Pittsburgh Zoo, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: There is much to do at the KDKA ZooBoo! Venture through the zoo collecting great candy, enjoying the animals and participating in other fun activities along the way.  Stop by your favorite haunts at Gymkhana’s Haunted hideaway and the not-so-spooky train ride. Conjure up a frightfully fun costume for the Halloween Parade and Costume Contest at Water’s Edge. Make a deliciously sweet treat at Casper’s Craft Corner or get spooked at the Docent Council’s Haunted House. Trick-or-treat bags will be provided to all children 13 and younger. Bags will be distributed until 3 p.m.

Where?/When?: Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, 11 a.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: The parade will start at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery and runs through town to Lebanon Avenue. Wear your Halloween costume and watch the parade pass by on the sidewalks between Shady Drive and Lebanon Avenue.  After the "GREAT PUMPKIN" inflatable passes, children with adult chaperones can join the parade!  Following the parade, children are welcome to Trick or Treat at participating businesses along Washington Road. Look for the orange "Trick or Treat" sign in their store/business window.

Where?/When?: Grand Theater, 7 p.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: The Hilarious Halloween Hoot is a variety show featuring magic and laughs. This event is fun for the whole family! Ventriloquist, illusionist and KDKA-TV personality Dan Kuniak will be there along with comedian Bob Rumba. Call for tickets.
Pricing: $12 for adults, $8 for children under 12

Where?/When?: Grand Concourse (Station Square), 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday
Why Go?: From outside the haunted Grand Concourse restaurant in Pittsburgh's Station Square, this tour takes you to the top of Mount Washington, 369 feet above the city, at a grade of 35 degrees over 35 minutes on the iconic—and haunted!—Monongahela Incline. The tour features scary ghost stories mixed with Pittsburgh history. Some of the tour's most enthusiastic guests have been children.
