Flash Mob Breaks Out at South Hills Village

The dancing attracted a large crowd.

A large crowd gathered at the Target/Dick's end of South Hills Village Sunday afternoon as a flash mob broke out.

A few girls in pink T-shirts began to beautifully dance as music started blasting from nearby speakers.

Then, all of the sudden, dozens of kids ripped off their jackets to display their matching pink T-shirts and joined in on the dance.

The participants were South Park Middle School students. Their flash mob was part of their Olweus Bullying Prevention Program. The program teaches children about kindness and caring, teaching children to stand up to bullies and help other students in need.
