Brookline has several community organizations, and you’re invited to attend the monthly meetings for all of them.
Attending meetings is a great way to know what’s happening in the neighborhood, and they could become even more important sources of information after the Brookline Boulevard Reconstruction Project begins in March.
Here’s the monthly meeting schedule:
- Brookline Chamber of Commerce meets the second Monday of each month at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh—Brookline branch, at 5:45 p.m.
- South Pittsburgh Development Corporation meets the third Monday of each month at Brookline Boulevard United Presbyterian Church on at 7 p.m.
- Brookline Area Community Council meets the fourth Monday of each month at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church at 7 p.m.
- The Brookline Block Watch program meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Magistrate’s office on Brookline Boulevard at 7 p.m.
