5 Reasons to Follow Dormont-Brookline Patch on Twitter

As the Dormont-Brookline Patch Twitter feed (@DormontPatch) approaches 1,000 followers, we take this time to offer five reasons why you should join that crowd.
1. We break some stories on social media. Often, before we even write an article, we tease that story on Twitter and Facebook. Be the first to hear what's coming.
2. Stories often appear on Twitter before they appear in our daily newsletters. This applies not only to hard news but also to some feature stories that we're finishing during the middle of a day.
3. Re-tweets and follows. See who we're re-tweeting, and see who's re-tweeting us. Also, who are we following? Who are you following?
4. Some conversations exist only on Twitter. Fan of our comments section? Some readers leave all or some of their comments only through our Twitter feed.
5. Hashtags. Not only do we use them; we often create them. Stay on top of the topics that you care about.
