VOTER ID---REVISITED

Let see if I get the story straight.  The Pennsylvania Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal on the Voter ID law in Pennsylvania.  The Voter ID law that was causing derogatory remarks thrown at the Pennsylvania Assembly, the governor, the cause of heartache with the poor and depressed folks of Pennsylvania and anyone else who has ever been harm by any one---is that about it.

Apparently, all the commotion was a waste of time.  The judicial authorities in the Commonwealth apparently see no reason to fret over the law.   By the way, the Supreme Court kicked the law back to the lower court, which stated that while the law still stands, it, the law, can be ignore for this election.  Once again, the judiciary system is ignoring their constitutional responsibility.

Again, I repeat myself from my last blog entry; no matter where you go these days, you need a photo ID.  Yes, even at stores; some of you may not be aware of things out there nowadays, but some stores still do not have ID CARDS---oh, the sorrow and heartache of it.   Why, even stores with ID CARDS still require a photo ID; I guess the store does not require you to vote.

Some politicians have cried the inhumanity, the thoughtlessness and the hardship of the VOTER ID law; with the outburst of lets establish sign up centers, some kind politicians have even used schools.   Don’t you think that just maybe the voter may be “persuade” to register along the lines of the elected official’s party.

All of those minorities and hardship folks who just cannot get themselves together to “acquire” a VOTER ID makes you wonder how they survive.  I “betcha”, these same folks are able to have ALL of the necessary documents in hand; birth certificate, etc. when they sign up for entitlements.

So why is the law “kinda not okay, but okay” for this election?

So what is the problem with the courts and with the program?

                Later
