“Rain, Rain go away, come back again another day”---as
the old line goes.  A storm has once
again torn apart the Gulf Coast region; with remnants lurking over the eastern
half of the United States.  Areas are
flooded----people without the necessities of life, levees not holding in some
areas----a real tragedy, similar to Hurricane Katrina.  BUT WAIT---is this where the similarities
ends.  Why no outcry from the media about
the President’s response or lack of response---where is FEMA?  Why isn’t the full force of the United States
military mobilized for this domestic crisis?

Katrina was a problem---from the flooding to no buses to
no shelters for the destitute.  Isaac is
a problem---from the flooding to newer areas being flooded to lack of
shelters.  Both storms caused havoc in
the region.

With Katrina, the media and others were unmerciful on the
Bush Administration; and of course, no criticisms were leveled at the local
authorities; plus, the political concept of federalism seemed to be
ignored.  Now with Isaac’s Fury; with
destruction and the storms running up the eastern part of the United States, hardly
a word about the Obama Administration’s response to the crisis was uttered in
any of the media outlets.

            Why no criticisms?
Why no questions?  Why isn’t the
Administration called to task to solve the crisis.

Could it be the party of favor is in the office?
