 ough the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. The classes are also open to th
 e public. The classes provide education and information on a variety of 
 topics including: Shopping Smart for the Heart\, Diabetes and Heart Dise
 ase\, Dining Out and Special Occasions\, Healthy Holiday Eating\, and Qu
 ick and Healthy Meals. Class topics change monthly. Nutrition Education 
 classes are held twice monthly on a Wednesday at either 10 a.m. to 11 a.
