Designed for girls ages 9 to 11 and their mothers, the Growing and Changing program centers on the physical changes that accompany the onset of puberty. Topics include female anatomy, reproductive development, menstruation and healthy lifestyle habits, with a focus on open communication between mothers and daughters.
