KDKA reported that one of the boys was walking along the edge of the sidewalk when he lost his balance and grabbed another boy for support. They both fell into the street, and were struck by a car.

The severity of the injuries is unknown, and the driver has not been charged at this time, according to a police report obtained by KDKA.

Sad to hear. I've seen kids do some really reckless things in that area, e.g., running through traffic, horseplay, etc. The KDKA article says, "However, two boys were just off the sidewalk when one lost his balance." Meaning the two boys were walking in the street! I've seen this often as well. Car dealership employees are notorious for doing these things too! Drives me crazy...
