Seton Center 'Giftique' Combines Holiday Gifting and Giving

A Christmas gift fair at Seton Center this week benefits the center, as well as community churches.

Seton Center in Brookline is hosting a holiday fair that benefits more than those who will open presents on Christmas morning.

"Giftique" will be at Seton Center through Friday. Available gifts include children's toys, home goods, and decorations, many of which are holiday or Pittsburgh sports-themed. All merchandise is new.

This is the fifth year Seton Center has hosted Giftique. Sister Barb Boss said typically, half of the proceeds from gift sales go back to the Seton Center, and the other half is used to purchase the merchandise.

This year, if parishoners from Brookline churches visit the sale and tell the cashier which church they attend, Seton Center will donate 10 percent of the purchase to that church.

Giftique is open through Friday of this week only, from 3 to 6 p.m.
