This Saturday's local restaurant spotlight is Katana Hibachi Steak House, located on West Liberty Avenue in Dormont.
Katana is one of the newest restaurants in Dormont. The Asian-fusion restaurant opened in May and features Habashi, sushi, and Chinese food, as well as Vegan options.
The restaurant also won a Patch Readers' Choice award this summer for Best Asian Cuisine.
