This week's local restaurant spotlight is the Getaway Cafe, located on Sussex Avenue in Baldwin Township.
Although this restaurant technically is in Baldwin, it sits on the border of Brookline and is a local favorite.
Getaway offers a full menu of sandwiches and dinner entres, and has eat-in and take-out options. The restaurant also has a full-service bar, gift certificates are available and they offer a rewards program.
Getaway participated in the 2012 Taste of Brookline event.

This place has great food and other events. Mother's Day is top notch. And they have a great rewards program.
