Pittsburgh Police have not made any arrests in yesterday's bank robbery in Brookline, but they have provided a description of the suspect.

The suspect is a white man, about 5'10" with a medium build and brown hair. He was wearing a brown pullover jacket, blue jeans, black gloves, a blue baseball cap with a "P" on it, and had a black and white scarf covering his face.

At around 11 a.m. Monday, the man walked into the PNC Bank branch on Brookline Boulevard and demanded money. A teller gave him money, and then the man ran out the front door of the bank and down Stebbins Avenue. No weapons were used during the incident.

Those with information are asked to contact the Pittsburgh Police Robbery Squad at 412-323-7152.

Hi Bob Dobbs,

I have deleted your comment, not because it was inappropriate, but because we're looking into that issue currently. Since we haven't been able to confirm anything and no names have been released, we're not comfortable connecting the Post Gazette's article to this site yet. Thanks!
