Pittsburgh Police Blotter, Jan. 4 to Jan. 12

Robbery

  • A man reported that he was robbed by three juvenile men at Dagmar and Sebring avenues in Beechview on Jan. 1.

Burglary

  • A woman reported that a person she knew entered her Rockland Avenue apartment in Beechview with a key and stole electronics on Jan. 3.
  • A man reported that someone forced open a rear door of his Wolford Street home in Beechview and stole electronics on Jan. 3.
  • A man reported that someone entered his Fallowfield Avenue home in Beechview and stole a lock box containing money on Jan. 9.
  • A man reported that someone forced open a front window of his Roseberry Lane home in Banksville and stole electronics, a shotgun and a lockbox on Jan. 9.

Theft

  • A woman reported that someone stole her mail on Berkshire Avenue in Brookline on Jan. 4.
  • The victim reported that someone stole items from CVS Pharmacy on Brookline Boulevard in Brookline and fled on Jan. 5.
  • The victim reported that someone stole items from a store at 3100 Banksville Road in Banksville and fled on Jan. 2.
  • A man reported that a person he knew stole jewelry from his Milan Avenue residence in Brookline after a domestic dispute on Jan. 6.

Theft from Vehicle

  • A man reported that someone broke into his locked vehicle on Wedgemere Street in Brookline and stole a laptop and hard drive on Jan. 5.
  • A woman reported that someone stole a garage door opener from her possibly unlocked vehicle on Vodeli Street in Beechview on Jan. 6.
  • A man reported that someone smashed the window of his vehicle while it was parked on Tonopah Avenue in Beechview on Jan. 8 and removed electronics from the dashboard.

Stolen Vehicle

  • A woman reported that someone stole her vehicle without the keys from Rossmore Avenue in Brookline on Jan. 7.

Criminal Mischief

  • A woman reported that someone threw a brick through the window of her vehicle while it was parked on Fallowfield Avenue in Beechview on Jan. 8.
  • A man reported that someone damaged the gutter and downspout of his Brookline Boulevard residence on Jan. 1.

Arrests

  • A woman was arrested for assaulting her daughter during a domestic dispute on Dagmar Avenue in Beechview on Jan. 8.
  • Jason Ely of Aliquippa was arrested for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on Shadycrest Frive in Beechview on Jan. 7.
  • A man was arrested for domestic violence on Mayville Avenue in Brookline on Jan. 1.
  • A man was arrested for domestic violence on Dunster Street in Brookline on Jan. 7.
  • Donna Jester of McKees Rocks was arrested for disorderly conduct and false ID to law enforcement on Brookline Boulevard in Brookline on Jan. 5.
  • John Wertz of Brookline was arrested for possession of heroin by Narcotics Detectives on Pioneer Avenue on Jan. 3.
  • Katrae Grimmitt of Brookline and Maurice Hutchinson of Mt. Washington were arrested for endangering the welfare of children and possession of marijuana on Wedgemere Street in Brookline on Jan. 7.
  • Vincent Foster of Beechview, David Gialanella of Mt. Oliver and Paul Tondolo of Brookline were arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on Brookline Boulevard in Brookline on Jan. 2.
  • Eric Lijewski of Beechview was arrested for DUI at Neeld and Palm Beach avenues in Beechview on Jan. 7.
  • Shaun Anderson of Florida and Jerry Trehvonne of Florida were arrested by Narcotics Detectives for prostitution on Banksville Road in Banksville on Jan. 5.
  • Raymond Walsh of Brookline was arrested for criminal trespass on Milan Avenue in Brookline on Jan. 1.
