Pennsylvania Primary 2012 Voting Guide
The Pennsylvania primary is just one day away. Do you know where you should go to vote?
With the Pennsylvania primary just one day away, we want to make sure you have the info you need to get you to the right polling place.
Residents in Dormont, Brookline and Beechview can check their polling location by entering their home address at the Allegheny County website. Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

What's wrong with having to prove who you are? We all have the right to vote once for every race. Democrats who think it is alright to commit voter fraud are an afront to the representative form of government that we have. Every election thousands of 'dead' people vote, and some people have been caught voting several times. I guess they figure that if they can't win fairly then it must be alright to cheat.

Ridiculous. We don't have tons of voter fraud. Republicans just want to make it SO difficult so minorities (who will have the hardest time getting the IDs cannot vote. They proved it in Ohio when they negated the registrations of minority students in the 2004 election that helped horrible (help the rich) BUSH win the election. WAKE UP.

The problem is that voter fraud isn't a big problem and we're being led to believe that it is in order to further make us jump through hoops to perform simple tasks.
The problem is the entire system. We have no idea how electronic voting machines tally votes (software protected by intellectual property). We can't even have a recount with them or get a paper receipt to verify that our vote was recorded correctly. As evident in early caucus states, paper ballots are lost and outright tossed, and people are being denied participation in the process with last minute changes to party rules.
I don't have a problem with ensuring that the process is legit, but until the above are addressed, showing ID isn't going to do anything towards improving 'vote integrity'.
Besides, showing ID is a lazy solution to cover up the government's failure. Why are dead people still in the voter registration database in the first place? Also, a far more efficient system could've been put in place. (Hint: Every voter has to register to vote and receives a voter registration card. Connect the dots.)
