Yes - normally the Historical Society is open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursdays. Saturday is special and should be cool! According to their Facebook page, Historical Society is opening for the extra hour on Saturday for a special open house.

Erin,
Normal Historical Society Thursday hours are 9am-2pm. As the admin of the Facebook page, I can assure you the hours for the open house tomorrow are indeed
11am-2pm. I originally had the other ones until last week's board meeting and changed them accordingly.

Thanks for the information, Monique, I appreciate your input. I assume you're quite involved with the Historical Society, since you are the Facebook page admin? If that's the case, since you're already a Patch user, I'd be happy to have you blog about the Historical Society for Patch. Please send me an email (erin.faulk@patch.com) if you think you might be interested. Thanks!

With the number of drunks who have paid for Dormont Pool t-shirts stumbling around West Liberty - causing traffic jams and generally behaving like morons - I expect that the Dormont Pool will not need ANY of my tax money this fiscal year.
