The Friends of Hollywood Theater have launched a program that will give movie lovers great deals while helping the Dormont movie theater.
Memberships come in five levels—ranging from $45 to $1,000 annually—each with discounts on movies and concessions as well as free movie passes.
The $45 basic level includes $5 admission to films ($2 off regular admission), a free refill on a small soda and popcorn, one free movie pass, and discounts on special events. The $150 “Co-Star” level includes $5 admission for two to films, two free refills on small sodas and popcorns, 10 free movie passes, and discounts on special events.
The $1,000 “Producer” level comes with two free admissions, free refills on any size soda and popcorn, and a private screening in which the member can choose a movie and invite up to 20 friends to attend the screening with free popcorn and beverages for all.
A portion of the membership fees are tax deductible.
Membership brochures that contain complete information on the program are available at the theater and on the Hollywood Theater website. A brochure also is attached to this article as a PDF document.
