Healthy Boost: Super-Infused Smoothie

Even though smoothies aren’t necessarily groundbreaking, they are a quick and easy way to pack nutrients into one simple drink.
This super-infused smoothie is packed with greens, antioxidants, fiber, and protein. It makes for an energizing breakfast or a mid-day pick me up.
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- Handful of spinach
- ¼ cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon raw cacao
- ½ cup water or almond milk
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Hey Lindsey!! I need to avoid bananas. Would avocado be a good substitute?

Yes mam! :) Bananas essentially add the sweetness and consistency. But you could substitute with avocados to get the consistency :) OR you could even do without but the consistency will be a little thinner!
