Door Stolen From Beechview Car

Brookline police blotter, Aug. 13 to Aug. 19.

Typically, the items stolen from vehicles are small—things like phones, iPods or a wallet. But a theft from vehicle incident in Beechview this week was a bit different.

The door of a vehicle was stolen Sunday, according to a report from Pittsburgh police.

The car was parked near Ringwalt Street and Curranhill Avenue in Beechview when the incident occurred between midnight and 7 p.m. No arrests have been made.

  • A vehicle parked in the 700 block of Hampshire Avenue in Beechview was damaged at some point between Aug. 15 and Aug. 20.
  • The tires of a vehicle parked in the 1900 block of Woodward Avenue were slashed on Aug. 16 between midnight and noon.

Arrests

  • Allen Conrad of Beechview was arrested for DUI and simple assault in the 1600 block of Princess Avenue in Beechview on Aug. 17.
  • A woman was arrested for burglary, and for stealing two handguns from a Mayville Avenue residence in Brookline on Aug. 14.
  • Joseph Rogers of Brookline was arrested for DUI at the intersection of Brookline Boulevard and Pioneer Avenue on Aug. 13.
  • Daniel Donahue of Dormont was arrested for possession with the intent to deliver marijuana, and Nebojsa Nedic of Baldwin was arrested for possession of marijuana. The arrests occurred near the intersection of Wenzell Avenue and Banksville Road on Aug. 18.
  • Adam Miller of Bridgeville was arrested for DUI, possession of heroin and possession of marijuana, and Lisa Field of Scott was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrests occurred near the intersection of Banksville Road and Potomac Avenue on Aug. 16.
