Instead of putting them on a sandwich or making guacamole, try this chocolatey dessert instead! You can feel comforted that your sweet treat not only tastes good, but it is also high in healthy fats and antioxidants.
Chocovado Mousse (serves 2)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Banana (preferably frozen)
- ½ cup Almond or Rice Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
- ½ Tablespoon Raw Honey
Blend well in blender. Add ice for a thicker texture. Serve immediately.
