AGENDA: Dormont Council to Discuss Union Contracts, Reserved Parking Spaces
Dormont Council will hold a voting meeting today, Monday, Jan. 7 at 7 p.m.
Dormont Council will hold its regular business meeting today, Monday, Jan. 7 at 7 p.m. in Dormont Municipal Center.
As per a vote taken in November, Dormont Council will now hold only one meeting per month. Council previously held two meeting per month—one for discussion purposes, and one for voting purposes.
The once-a-month meeting will be held the first Monday of each month and will follow the same format, but will include discussion and voting within the same meeting.
Borough manager Jeff Naftal said agendas will be posted no later than one week before the meeting, and will be posted earlier if possible. Public comment will be allowed at the beginning and end of each meeting as usual.
The Jan. 7 meeting agenda includes discussion of union contracts, as well as discussion of requests for reserved accessible parking places on residential streets.
The agenda and related documents are attached to this article in PDF format. The documents also are available on the Dormont Borough website.
